Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and digitally aware Online Reputation Management - ORM Intern to join our Marketing (Grievance Management) Department. The selected candidate will assist in monitoring, managing, and improving the brand’s online presence by responding to customer concerns and maintaining a positive brand image across digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in digital marketing, customer engagement, and online brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Reputation Monitoring

Track brand mentions, reviews, and customer feedback across platforms like Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, blogs, and forums.

Use ORM tools (or manual methods) to monitor sentiment and identify potential issues or PR risks.
2. Response and Engagement

Assist in drafting and posting professional, empathetic responses to negative comments, reviews, or complaints in line with brand tone and company policy.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate information for issue resolution.

Escalate critical or sensitive issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
3. Grievance Handling Support

Work closely with the grievance redressal team to understand customer pain points and contribute to timely and appropriate responses.

Record and maintain logs of grievances received and actions taken via spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Help in analyzing recurring complaints and suggesting improvements to the customer experience.
4. Reporting and Documentation

Assist in generating weekly/monthly ORM reports summarizing public sentiment, resolved/unresolved issues, and key trends.

Document best practices for responses, tone, and customer interaction strategies.
5. Brand Reputation Initiatives

Support efforts to promote positive content through user engagement, testimonials, and encouraging reviews from satisfied customers.

Help flag inappropriate or false content for removal through proper platform channels.
