Online Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:-
· Making inbound /outbound sales calls.
· Create awareness about our program offerings, pitch the right offering, and deliver proper counseling.
· Proactively follow up with potential prospects.
· Follow quality parameters, and ethical work procedures, set by the organization.
· Build trust with clients and if necessary encourage them to visit our office to ensure maximum lead conversion.
· Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.
· Create healthy team relationships.
· Ensure efficient follow-ups to customers and maintain high service standards.
Eligibility Criteria:-
· Convincing communication is mandatory.
· Should have end-to-end sales experience.
Qualification:-
· Any Graduate/Post-Graduate.
· Preferred BBA – Marketing, Bcom
