Online Sales Executive

Looking for online sales who has experience in Online platforms etc. Job is onsite and the location will be Thuvakudi - Trichy. Salary negotiable based on experience. Freshers also welcome.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to connect and interact with potential customers
Self-motivated and self-directed
Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing.
Proficiency in spoken English is a must
Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
Ability to retain customers to increase repeat business.
Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.
Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.
