Responsibilities:

• Outbound process: Up-sell & cross-sell executive and certification courses.
• Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
• Online Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.
• Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.
• Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.

Requirements:

• Experience as Telesales / Telemarketing, Counselors, Inside Sales Executive or Tele-Counselor mandatory.
• Fresher - Any Graduate
• Graduate Freshers with Good English communication and understanding of sales are most welcome.
• Experience: 0 - 2 years (Freshers are also welcomed)
