Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer acquisition
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Shall be responsible for customer product training, internal sales team training and presentations
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team - Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of mobile and web-based software applications
- Passion for learning, educating and providing creative, technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
