Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing service quality on our matrimony platform. Your role includes conducting audits on user profiles and communications to ensure compliance with company standards. You'll handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions while maintaining accurate records. Your role also involves analyzing data, suggesting improvements, and assisting in training new team members to enhance the user experience.
Job Level : Entry Level
Experience Required : 6 months - 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the quality of services provided by the matrimony platform, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Conduct audits on user profiles and communication quality, checking for compliance with company guidelines.
- Analyze quality-related data, generate reports, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Respond to customer complaints via email, phone, or helpdesk software, providing estimated resolution times.
- Investigate and diagnose complaints by assessing relevant user history and gathering necessary information.
- Provide clear solutions to resolve customer complaints, guiding them through troubleshooting or escalating as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and gather feedback for satisfaction.
- Document complaints, resolutions, and customer interactions for tracking and future reference.
- Suggest improvements for internal processes and customer interactions to support business scalability and quality.
- Assist in training new team members and collaborate on initiatives to enhance user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues quickly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge in Helpdesk software is mandatory.
- Experience with CRM or other quality management software is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the matrimony industry, matchmaking systems, or online dating platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel , MS Office.
- Experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
