Job summary and responsibilty:
Understanding the customer issues related to computer and laptops which could be issues to email issues,anti virus,error codes on the screen,pop up on the screen etc.candidates needs to solve the issues and give a resolution to the problem and convince the customer to pay to fix up the issues.
Candidate profile:
Need to speak in englishNeed to close their own callsNeed to be experience in tech support.Need to be flexible.
