Job Description
Answer inbound/out bonds calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using scripts
Answer questions about the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls note useful information
Working days: Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule: Night shift
Education: Any education
Experience: Fresher & non fresher can apply
Location: Surat
