Job Description
- Role: Operations Analyst
- Reporting to: Team Leader / Manager
- Location: Bangalore
- JOB PURPOSE:To provide proactive support to Operations team
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Handle telephone calls/email/chat (inbound/outbound) in a professional manner
- Adhere to the organizational ethics and values
- Adapt to changes in work environment as per business requirements
- Ability to work in teams SKILLS
- Good communication (Spoken and written)
- Ability to deal with irate customers and handle stress
- Telephone etiquette awareness
- Quick learner
- Attention to detail
- Good typing skill (25 WPM)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and internet
- Ability to Multitask
- Educational Qualifications: PUC or (Diploma/ITI)
- 2 year of relevant experience preferably from recruitment background
- Behaviors: High levels of honesty & Integrity, Business knowledge; Good communication skills
