Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Evaluate current operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Conduct detailed analysis to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
• Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decisions. Prepare and present reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and system changes. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Compliance: Ensure that operational practices comply with relevant regulations and standards. Assist in audits and reviews as needed.
