Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation and Packaging Executive to manage our packaging operations, inventory control, logistics, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should be efficient, process-driven, and quality-focused, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets company standards.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely dispatch of orders, and effective coordination with vendors and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Packaging & Quality Check

  • Ensure accurate and safe packaging of products as per company standards.

  • Perform quality checks before packaging to identify defects or damages.

  • Use appropriate packaging materials and techniques to maintain product safety during transit.

  • Label and tag products correctly for easy identification and tracking.

  • Minimize packaging errors and material wastage.

2. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and maintain real-time inventory records.

  • Ensure products are stored properly to prevent damage, leakage, or misplacement.

  • Coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment when required.

  • Maintain accurate reports on incoming and outgoing stock movements.

  • Regularly conduct inventory audits and reconciliation.

3. Logistics & Dispatch Management

  • Prepare and organize dispatch schedules for timely order fulfillment.

  • Coordinate with courier companies, delivery partners, and logistics vendors.

  • Ensure proper documentation for shipping, tracking, and delivery confirmations.

  • Resolve delivery issues or delays by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitor shipment timelines and ensure on-time dispatches.

4. Vendor & Delivery Coordination

  • Liaise with packaging material suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.

  • Negotiate pricing and maintain cost-effective packaging solutions.

  • Collaborate with third-party delivery service providers for smooth logistics operations.

  • Maintain relationships with multiple courier partners for better service reliability.

5. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Optimize packaging processes to reduce time and increase productivity.

  • Suggest improvements in logistics, inventory, and packaging techniques.

  • Ensure proper utilization of resources to minimize operational costs.

  • Assist in implementing automation tools for better tracking and reporting.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of orders packed, dispatched, and delivered.

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

  • Keep proper documentation for inventory, billing, and vendor agreements.

  • Update system logs with accurate dispatch and delivery information.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of packaging techniques and materials.

  • Familiarity with inventory management tools or ERP software (preferred).

  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving ability to handle dispatch delays or stock issues.
