JD for collection ops:
- Maintain records of payments received and outstanding balances.
- Update the payments in system (without error).
- Submit delinquent accounts to Legal Recovery team.
- Processing NACH.
- Updating next day due date account in sheet for reminder calls / sms.
- Updating overdue accounts in collection sheets.
- Updating due / overdue accounts in field collection agent’s sheet.
- Archive received payments.
- NBFC sheet to be prepared on daily basis for payment received.
- Good knowledge of excel, word and google spreadsheets.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Basic knowledge of process.
