- Is responsible for design and development of new Courses as part of Corporate Workshops
- Is responsible for on boarding Trainers for Corporate workshops
- Conduct research on new Courses to be introduced
- To coordinate the Classroom and Online Trainings offered through e Learning service offering including offsite and outdoor classroom sessions
- Should be tech savvy to handle e Learning platform and online sessions as an Administrator
- Coordinate with Trainers and Clients
- Coordinate studio booking and shoots with concerned stakeholders
- Should possess excellent communication skills and should be a go getter
- Should have actively participated in College functions as an Organizer
- Should be willing to travel across the city and outside the city whenever required
Other Skills and Qualifications
- Should have a good network of Corporate Trainers
- Should be self motivated and passionate to work in the Culture and Spiritual space
- Should support the Business Head in selling the Corporate Workshop based offerings
- Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Professionalism, CRM and MS Office tools
