Roles and Responsibilities –
- Handling & administrating various operations smoothly within in the organisation
- Provide ongoing support to tenants, via phone, e-mail or other communication media
- Resolving queries and issues raised by tenants efficiently and on time
- Supporting sales and marketing team in various task
- Follow up with prospective tenants and help in closing deals
- Responsible for creating various reports
- Operating in a fast-moving environment and making a difference
- We are looking for people who enjoy multi-tasking and are passionate to work in start-up
- Should have good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver and result oriented
- Back office, operation, calling, support, executive, back end, process, management, coordination, report, customer support,inbound and outbound calling.
