- This position will be an Operations account manager for a pool of 60 – 70 drop shipment vendors.
- He/She will assist and empower vendors to maximize their order fulfillment efficiencies.
- He/She will play a pivotal role in ensure near zero order defaults and will contribute to the overall service rate of the Drop shipment model.
- Project Description: (Project on which the new hire will work) : Drop Shipment Operations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Educating new vendor on vendor panel usage and handling vendor queries.
- Liaison with Xpressbees for ensuring on time pickups and with vendors for seamless handovers within agreed TAT.
- Ensuring vendor invoices are generated and processed within dedicated timelines.
- Handling vendor actionable tickets and providing resolution within 48 hours.
- Helping in process improvements and innovation.
- Reporting and administration as necessary.
