Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business processes

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of business processes.

Monitor and optimize operational workflows, implementing improvements where necessary.

Ensure operational compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

Coordinate and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment of goods.

Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the necessary resources are available for operations.

Track and manage stock movement, monitor sales trends, and adjust supply levels as needed.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with different teams, including sales, logistics, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.

Supervise daily activities, provide guidance, and ensure staff are adhering to operational guidelines and targets.

Resolve any operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and maintain reports on operational activities, highlighting key performance metrics, inventory levels, and other relevant data.

Document processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper filing of all operational documents for easy retrieval.

Present reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Support:

Assist in resolving customer issues related to operations, including delivery issues, service delays, or quality concerns.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service in all operational aspects.

Coordinate with the customer service department to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Budget Management:

Assist in creating and managing the budget for the operations department.

Track operational expenses, monitor cost efficiencies, and suggest improvements to reduce costs where possible.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for operational improvement, develop plans to address inefficiencies, and execute changes.

Implement best practices and lean methodologies to optimize workflow and minimize waste.

Recommend and implement technology tools or systems to streamline operations and increase productivity.

Logistics & Delivery:

Coordinate the logistics of goods delivery, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition.

Monitor transportation and delivery costs, working to reduce overheads where possible.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant legal and safety regulations.

Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
