Candidate has to handle IP Portfolio Management in the Docketing System on daily basis. Broad Areas of responsibility will be : -
- Generate understanding of Docketing Systems
- Updating the Docketing System based on the received email from the Client / PTO Offices / Foreign Associates
- Resolve Customer complaint with the TAT and within quality framework
