Operation Manager

Job Location : Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai and Karnataka

Work Experience and : 1 Year with Bachelor’s degree minimum

Roles & Responsibility :

Monitoring of operations activities like Inventory management, Loading & unloading of goods, booking, delivery activity, service level activity, operation cost.
Monitor the Damage, Excess, Shortage and Pilferages, Insurance movement.
Preparing Operation and Delivery MIS reports.
Build team of Fleet vendors, Packaging material Suppliers, Loaders for all state and city level.
Follow up with Operation, delivery, packaging and Loader team for End-to-End execution of delivery orders.

Skills and Attributes :

Min. 1 year of experience in Operation and Sales Support.
Bachelor’s degree.
Good Communication and Analytical Skills, Hands on Computers.
Experience working with large Logistic / Relocation company would be added advantage.
Experience into Transportation/Logistic/Relocation & Packers and Movers Industry would be highly preferred.
