- Experience for 7+ years in Credit & AR with Team leading experience of 3+ years
- Good knowledge of SAP in areas of Cash applications, AR Reconciliations
- Good Credit & Collections experience and preferably for South Asia region
- Good working knowledge of Internal Controls for Credit & AR, BI reporting experience is an added advantage
- Good working knowledge for Bank Reconciliations for both AR & NON-AR accounts
- Ensure a seamless integration of changes in AR & Credit practices with Internal Controls / Business Reporting & Reconciliations
- Responsible for development of human resources including but not limited to yearly performance evaluations
- Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency
- Develop and keep process documentation current at all times
- Confirm that proper escalation procedures are followed according to established business practices
- Should be able to communicate effectively with team and management. Should be able to identify issues and concerns that may affect the performance of the job and communicate the same to stake holders
- Manage and improve process KPI’s & Metrics as per standards given
- Should be able to motivate and guide the team towards Process goals
- Develop and upskill potential talents from a process & people management perspective
- Maintain and manage the delivery activities within the TAT and quality (accuracy)
