Job Description

Operations & Training Department. Preparing a Training Schedule/ Calendars/Planners for your Outlets every month according to each outlet requirement. Creating different training tools with the Training Head to educate the staff Train staff on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities and Identifying the training requirements of your Outlets and conducting the same.Train staff to handle the orders and issue – TroubleshootingTrain newly hired staff (Store Manager/ Kitchen staff) according to RM SOPs & Conduct Orientation session for new joinees. Conduct Monthly assessments of the staff on different topi. cDesign new interesting and different methods of training for the staff. Identifications of current and future training needs through different tools. Assist the Training Head in making training material. Conduct one to one sessions with employees as and when needed. Study feedbacks. Maintain Training budget if involved in any Maintain Weekly Performance report for Outlet manager and Kitchen Staff Performance evaluation for Outlet Manager and Kitchen Staff. Set sales targets for individual locations. Discuss the Outlet requirements and issues as and when the need arise. Assist in sale generation through training and crisis handling. Prepare an evaluation report of the trainee which need to be submitted at the Head Office
