Operation Manager

Roles And Responsibilities:-

The operation Manager needs to coordinate with the existing clients/ Channel partner and arrange to issue policies with various General insurers.

Generate MIS and publish reports to various stakeholders in the organization
The Operations Manager goes over finance budgets and spending
Also keeps track of and manages them
Provides support in operations
Done by preparing and checking operation plans and tracking progress
OM is in charge of carrying out changes to operational plans according to company policies and structure
Handles all processing and administrative tasks when necessary
