Operations-Accounts Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Support the administration and processing of insurance policies and related documents.

Perform premium reconciliation by verifying and matching payment records with policy details.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and operational records.
-
Assist in preparing reports related to operations, accounts, and compliance.
-
Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
-
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
-
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups as needed.
-
Assist in audits and regulatory inspections by providing necessary documentation.
-
Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
-
Respond to queries from clients and internal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Familiarity with insurance policies, premium processing, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
-
Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
