Job Description

Job Summary: This position will provide administrative support to the Operations team. Basic tasks will include maintaining and updating reports and coordinating with the team for Neo Kinetic Services and its affiliates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Management to ensure that Resource Planning is up-to-date and that all resources are working on the allotted projects.
  • Update and maintain reports as per instructions – these will include daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports
  • Coordinate with the team to resolve queries related to Productivity, attendance, or any other general queries
  • Assist the management in Performance Reviews – Monthly / Quarterly / Annually
  • Conduct audits to ensure all Operational Processes are streamlined and followed without any hindrance
  • Assist in Onboarding and Offboarding employees

Qualifications and Skills:

Education – Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Technology - Microsoft Office (Experience Mandatory)

  • Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  • Communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
  • Experience in liasoning with piers as well as management
  • Planning and organizing
