Job Description
We are looking for 12th pass/Fresher candidates as Operations Agent/Staff/Executive role in our company in Kolkata. taking care of all the concerns and complaints raised by the passengers. This is not a field job. The candidate should not leave any ground for any complaints.
Timing: 8 Hours shift
Responsibilities and Duties
- Taking care of all the concerns and complaints raised by the guests.
- Taking reservations and Issuing tickets.
- Ensuring the delivery of luggage or bags.
- Conducting security checking of passengers
- Need to do the documentation work
- Need to update the CRM
Qualifications and Skills
- 12th pass can apply
- Freshers are most welcome
- Age: Female: 18-25 Years; Male: 18-30 Years
- Should have good communication skills
- Should be a team player
- Good customer relationship
