About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns.
2. Work with cross-functional teams. Coordinate with warehouse executives and the procurement team to ensure enough inventory is available
3. Ensure timely procurement, pickup, and delivery of orders
4. Coordinate with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues
5. Coordinate with customers in case of any order-related issues and proactively work towards solving their queries effectively
