Job Description
About the internship
1. Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns.
2. Work with cross-functional teams. Coordinate with warehouse executives and the procurement team to ensure enough inventory is available
3. Ensure timely procurement, pickup, and delivery of orders
4. Coordinate with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues
5. Coordinate with customers in case of any order-related issues and proactively work towards solving their queries effectively

Other requirements
1. B. Tech/B.E., BBA, B. Com or UG in any specialization

4. Candidates who have graduated with at least 60% marks
5. Comfortable working with multiple departments within the business
6. Candidates with a past internship or part-time experience are preferable

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
