Job Description
Designation: Operations And Marketing Intern
Interns would be directly working under the founding team & executing business development strategies focused on launching a new initiative.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Execute & optimize current operational practices and SOPs in retail stores
2. Drive deeper product penetration & understand customer requirements by conducting frequent surveys & feedback on the field and online
3. Adopt creative/guerilla techniques to enhance customer engagement and subsequently improve sales
4. Measure & enhance customer satisfaction across a cluster of stores
5. Handle the end-to-end processes for outreach, operations & the customer experience throughout the process
6. Conduct training of store staff on adherence to SOP & keep a strict quality check on the store performance
