AeroElite Aviation, a DGCA-approved company, is seeking a qualified individual to assist with landing and overflight permissions for foreign aircraft.

Job Overview

An Operations Assistant in aviation is responsible for assisting with landing and overflight permissions for foreign aircraft. This role involves coordinating with aviation authorities, airport operators, and regulatory agencies to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained for seamless flight operations.

Responsibilities include:

* Preparing and submitting applications (in Excel and Word) to the DGCA

* Generating reports, maintaining organized records, and performing regular backups

* Responding to client inquiries regarding aircraft movement operations

* Maintaining a high level of typing speed and accuracy

* Utilizing office equipment, including fax machines and scanners

* Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office and data management programs

Qualified candidates will possess the skills and experience outlined above.

✔ Understanding of aviation regulations, air traffic procedures, and flight operations.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with authorities.
