Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and payment collection.
- Locate and contact customer and remind them about the outstanding Invoices.
- Send out past due notices for delinquent accounts or for missed payments.
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding payments or Invoices.
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and resolving conflicts.
Skills:
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience - 6 Months and Above
