The Team Will Collectively Work On
You will be part of a team that deals with customer experience related to Last Mile operations, while maintaining cost, speed & reliability factors intact.
- Staying focussed on market demand and developing customer-specific operating plans.
- Maintaining a culture of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Being aware of operational best practices and implementing the relevant strategies.
- Building an efficient supply chain by developing best-in-class Last Mile network.
- Working in line with business and organizational goals.
- You have a Masters in Supply Chain Management or related field and have at least 3 years' experience, ideally within Ecommerce.
- You have solid hands-on experience in supply chain logistics related work and understand the process thoroughly.
- Understanding of the Last Mile and First Mile processes would be an advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are a problem solver.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard, within tight timeline.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
