Job Title:-Operations Associate-Travel (Trainee for the first three months)
No of openings-20
Education qualification:- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience:- 2 to 3 years work experience & Freshers
Job Description:-
-Should Act as first point of contact for Users/Employees to support them on their travel needs.
-Escalation handling-Should act quick and fast on queries/issues raised by employee and Need to be resolved in smart manner.
-Should be able to manage& collaborate with vendors for process enhancement and work closings.
-Should be ready to handle work any time with the dedication and late hours during weekends(mandatory).
Skill Set Required:
-Good English/Hindi communication skills with any one regional language.
-Should have good knowledge on MS office(Excel, Word, Power point).
-Week off- 1Day in a week (Fixed-weekday)
