Operations Consultant Jobs - Bangalore - Razorpay

As our Operations Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with the banking and payments industry, always trying to push the envelope and get that extra bit. This position enables you to understand how the some of the biggest financial institutions of India like Banks, NBFCs, regulatory bodies like RBI work. 
We also deal with some of the largest new age businesses in the country including E-commerce, Travel, etc and you will be at a premium spot to interact and negotiate with them.

Some specific activities part of the responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team to assist customers to get on boarded.
• Review applications and activate them if all requirements are met.
• Reject merchants and communicate to them if they do not meet the criteria.
• Follow up on activated merchants to ensure they are integrated & using Razorpay.
• Monitor transactions to identify risk/fraud.
• Monitor live customer to ensure they are actively transacting using Razorpay.
• Handle transaction queries in case of discrepancies.
• Work closely with the partner banks to handle chargebacks/ customer disputes.
• Speak to merchants to understand and address queries/concerns.
• Assist merchants/customers to complete pending activations.
• Review the open tickets assigned to the team on Zendesk.
• Reply to queries related to the tickets.
• Generate transaction reports as per merchant need.
