Job Description
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handle customer requests for service - through phone, web, email, social channels
- Schedule services to Cartisan field teams
- Ensure services are delivered on time by following up with the field teams
- Keep Cartisan systems up to date on a daily basis
- Generate invoicing and basic accounting related tasks
- Office admin activities to support our small but growing team
