Order Execution:• Convert your supplier agreements into purchase orders in ERP• Convert your customer deals into sales orders in ERP• Coordinate logistics (after you approve freight quotes)• Track shipments end-to-end• Handle quality issues and returns (with your guidance)
Documentation:• Prepare all import/export documentation• Manage customs clearance through brokers• Handle MTC processing and customer certificates• Maintain all compliance records• Organize digital and physical document filing
