About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attend to the queries coming from customers
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in regard to the event
3. Solve complaints and service issues, stay proactive to solve potential problems
4. Coordinate with vendors for reward dispatch
5. Ensure that the plans made by the event team are properly executed
6. Handle any other work to ensure that the event is well managed

Other requirements
1. Pursuing graduate studies or having at least completed H.S.C
2. Must know to read, write & speak Marathi/Hindi fluently
3. Decent proficiency in English is expected
4. Should be outcome-oriented
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills required
6. Comfortable with coordination activities (will be required to coordinate with multiple people within & outside the organization)
7. Should be willing & comfortable
8. Basic Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
9. No prior experience required
