Operations Executive - Car Rental Role: 
Reservation Dispatch Allocation 
Customer Handling 
Driver follow up and vehicle tracking MIS 
Good Knowledge about Car rental industry , MS Word, Excel , Power Point and Good Communication , customer handling , and problem solver. 

Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures.
- Managing the corporate and individual clients
- Meeting clients with corporate sales person
- Purchasing, Budgeting, accounting
- Assign employees to specific duties
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Responding to Customer’s inquiries and complaints.
- Directly and supervise employees engage in sales, reconciling cash
- Receipts or Performing service to customers.
- Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales issues
- Confer with company official to develop method and procedure to increase sales.
