We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Executive to manage and execute BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing campaigns across various locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field operations, vendor coordination, and on-ground brand activations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Execute BTL marketing campaigns, including retail activations, roadshows, kiosk setups, and events.

Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaign materials and services.

Conduct site recces and finalize locations in coordination with the client and team.

Supervise on-ground staff and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage logistics, inventory, and day-to-day field operations.

Track campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Resolve on-ground issues and ensure smooth execution of all field activities.

Proven experience in BTL marketing or field operations.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel extensively for campaign execution.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Own two-wheeler (preferred).

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
