Job Description
- The jobs involves managing the scheduling of sessions for our customerṣ.
- This involves planning of the capacity and availabiiity of sessions, coordinating with freelance Guidance specialists for their availability, calling parents/students and checking their availability and allotting them scheduleṣ.
- Registering and creating login IDs for parents and updating report are other aspects of the job.
- The job involves calling upto 70-75 parents each day to get the scheduling done.
- The timings will be between 1030 to 730 pm.
- This is not a sales job.
Key Skills required for this job
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to persuade parents and guidance specialists to accept the schedules given to theṃ.
- Ability to plan by matching capacity with load and location of the sessionṣ
- Coordination skill - ability to coordinate with 2-3 people and get things done
- Strong skill of working on MS excel - experience of working with large excel sheets, doing filters, preparing reports etc will be helpfuḷ.
- Confidence to deal with Parents and senior people on phone.
