This is purely a Work From Home Opportunity, where a candidate would require to have his own Laptop, Internet connection, and power back up facility. Timings will be on U.S Time Zones.
IST Time Zone: 9.30 PM To 6 AM, including a 30 Mins Break.

Roles:

Needs to take care of all the customer queries via phone and email.
Maintain excellent relation with Stores
Social media pages update on daily basis.
Refunds and communication to the customer to be done promptly.
Orders update in the Stores groups.
products upload on the site.
Any other work as assigned by the management.
This is a Part-Time Opportunity, the candidate would need to work only on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday & any other rotational days when in need of the company. Monthly payments would be around 10K to 12K.
