Job Description
- All Customer signed contracts - scanning & folder maintainance of all delivery and RVP and closure cases
- Assisting LC whereever required
- Charging of pos machines and upkeeping of printer and scanners / Barcode scanners
- Managing blue collar woekers (Helpers & Carpenters)
- To get R&M done for both rejection new lot (Co-ordinating Cat team), WH Zone (Co-ordinating inhouse Carpenter) as per the red flags
- To ensure no transit damage in loading & unloading
- Cleaning and Proper packaging and QC before handing over to Outward executive
- Stacking of products basis on FIFO with proper barcode visibility
- Maintianing 5s in the warehouse ( tool kit, housekeeping etc)
- Ensuring packing material and other stationaries material with finance admin executive
- Manual entry of all inwards and outwards and log book with product id and order id
- Zone wise maintenance and sticking to the TAT and red flags
