Job Description
- Trade Operations: Orders, Settlements, Rebalancing, Exceptions Processing, Custody, Reporting
- Partner Management: Handle communications and queries from and to different partners and vendors for running operations
- Housekeeping: Run day-end processes and manual checks to ensure that the system is clean and records are updated
- Integrations: Handle data movements between different front-end, OMS and order execution systems to keep them in sync
- Product: Work with product and engineering in defining the path forward in terms of process workflows and operations requirements
- Training and Documentation: Build out training material for new hires and be able to handle training team members into different functions
- Handle entire process of goal-based investment management from client on-boarding to terminations.
- Handle client queries through chat/email/social about the investment process and portfolio setups.
- Update FAQ documentation.
- Should be able to manage tasks in a deadline and SLA driven environment.
- Client Management: On-boarding, KYC, Portfolio Setup, Payments, Portfolio Switches, Terminations

Our product, TrackWealth, is a portfolio aggregation and wealth-tracking offshoot of WeInvest that gives one a detailed analytical breakdown of all assets and liabilities in their portfolio without having to consolidate this information manually or having to access data physically or on different websites. With its intelligent interfaces and integrations to a growing list of financial institutions, the job of aggregating all information is simplified and all analysis is made available on one single interface empowering the user to make the right decisions about their life-goals and investment choices.
Our next initiative is a robo-advisory that allows clients to pick goals and then allow them to allocate investments to different ETF products on a risk-allocated basis. The system handles the entire process of allocating the investments, tracking-to-goal, rebalancing and any inclusions and withdrawals from the portfolio.
All our products are currently built to service clients in the Singapore market.
