Job Description
- Handling customer queries and service through chat, email and through calls (No Cold calling, No Night shifts)
- Assist customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests
- Should continuously assess and identify the opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact and provides the best customers experience
- Prior training, support and individual attention will be provided.
- Good communication skills in English and Kanada is preferred.
