Job Description:

• We are looking for Operation Executive Candidates for our Transport Exchange Platform. Candidates should have experience in
  
• Placing vehicles for clients
  
• Finding out the best cost for routes
  
• Identifying most reliable vendors and managing the vehicles in transit
  
• Have strong experience in vendor management and analytical assessment, to strengthen effective supply chain of Full Truck Load (FTL) business
  
• Usage of software applications/packages
  
• Good understanding of Logistics domain
  

• Gain good knowledge/Expertise on End to end functionality of CX Application (Web & Mobile)
  
• Provide training to Clients & vendors on the application
  
• Build good rapport with the client and their vendors
  
• Should be open for travel to client’s place to give training during the implementation of the software
  
• Identify and create new vendor profiles for the routes provided by the clients
  
• Provide offline & online  support to client/vendors in execution
  
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly status reports
  
• Inter & Intra group coordination
  
• Perform UAT of the application during releases and confirm the quality
  
• Proactively suggest new requirements/changes as per client/vendor/market trends
  
• Should have the zeal to learn and analyze the market trends in Logistics digital platform. 
  

• Under Graduate: Not Required, Any Graduate / Any Specialization
  
• Post Graduation: Not Required, Any Postgraduate / Any Specialization
  
• Experience: Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in Load Booking, Vehicle Placement and knowledge of rates & routes in Full Truck Load (FTL) in Transportation Industry. Good Knowledge in Logistics Domain.
