JOB PURPOSE

To process forms and verify customer information, Personal and Professional

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Daily processing of forms and updating the same in Excel and Database on daily basis
  
• Co-ordinate with franchisee owners/clients with respect to different requirements
  
• Preparing MIS reports. Daily, Weekly and Monthly
  
• Speaking to customers with respect to resolving their queries
  
• Data Maintenance
  
• QUALIFICATION:Any Graduate
  

• Excellent  communication skill
  
• Well versed with MS Office ( especially MS office and MS PowerPoint )
  
• Knowledge of MS Access would be added benefit
  
• Good overall computer knowledge
  
• Experience with 1 to 2 years
  
• Well versed with background verification profile if experienced
  
• Fresher can be considered
