Job Description
Job Title: Operation Executive
Work location- Mumbai
Preferred Qualification: Any graduate/PG
Experience-0 to 3 yrs
JOB PURPOSE
Ensure seamless delivery of examinations (online/offline) for all clients Account Management
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure seamless delivery of exams (online/offline) within the specified SLAs
Coordinate with internal teams for infra & test material
Coordinate with the Sourcing team to ensure an adequate number of volunteers are available for the particular day
Train the volunteers on the process for the activity scheduled
Logistics coordination for material & manpower movement for the scheduled drive
Campus Coordination, planning, monitoring, control measures.
Handling campus and off-campus.
Maintaining customer SLA as defined in the process manual
Generate MIS reports
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate/PG with 0 to 3 years of experience in client relation, Key account management in Assessment industry.
Skills and Knowledge:
MS Office is a must, should have sufficient knowledge on Excel, MIS and reports, Basic IT infra knowledge

Ability to work in a dynamic set up
Ability to interact with customers,
Ready to Travel and work on weekends- for Events (need basis)
