Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling & administering various operations smoothly within the organization.
• Supporting different departments in completing various tasks.
• Hands-on working with MS Office.
• Preparing MIS/Reports related to performance, training based on company’s objectives
• Assisting from the front and ensuring in achieving set targets.
• Responsible for student queries post enrollments
• Must be flexible and adhere to job completion timelines strictly.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of objectives.
• Should be able to coordinate and organize meetings.
• Handle any other task or assignment arising in daily course of work

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Good verbal & written communication skills, management & technical skills
• Proficiency with MS-Office
• Should be able to multi task in all situations, also sometimes under pressure and prioritize assignment with accuracy and results
• Creative approach to timely problem solving
• Self-motivated and a go-getter with strong independent thinking skills

Qualification - Should be a graduate in any field. (MBA will be preferred)
Experience - 0-2 years experience in operations. (Freshers can also apply)
Salary- As per Industry standards
