Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of shipment delivery in multiple cities, check and verify shipment records.
- Monitor and coordinate with station/hub to achieve objectives.
- Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation and updating the same.
- Ensure adherence to processes, ensure that all elements of the delivery are coordinated to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Audit the sites for various operational conformances and norms.
- Provides proactive communications and solutions for issues to the stations/hubs.
