This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Coding Blocks. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, handling analytical tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with various departments (e.g., HR, finance, sales) to ensure cohesive operations. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. Provide support and guidance to staff as needed.
- Inventory and Resource Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment. Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational needs. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain quality control standards to ensure products/services meet organizational and customer expectations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Conduct safety training and ensure a safe working environment. Handle any compliance-related issues or incidents.
- Project Management: Plan and execute operational projects within the set timelines and budget. Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Implement best practices and streamline operations.
