Location: 3rd Floor, HDFC Bank Building, No.1 Uma Admiralty, Bannerghatta Road, 1st Stage, BTM Layout, Bengaluru – 560029
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Gender: Male/Female
KonnectKarz is a leading B2B cab rental service provider, delivering reliable and on-time mobility solutions across India. We work with corporate clients, sub-vendors, and drivers to ensure smooth transportation operations nationwide.
Role: Operations Executive Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and acknowledge booking requests received from clients.

Create bookings in the system accurately and on time.
-
Allocate bookings to available vehicles and drivers.
-
Coordinate with sub-vendors and drivers for assignment and updates.
-
Follow up with drivers and travellers once reporting is done and after the trip/drop is completed.

Collect traveller feedback and maintain quality standards.

Prepare and update the daily operations dashboard.

Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Minimum 0–3 years of experience in operations (preferably cab rental/logistics).

Strong communication and coordination skills. ( Hindi, English )

Ability to handle high-volume bookings and multitask efficiently.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and communication tools.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Willingness to work on weekends during emergencies (compensatory off may be provided).
