Job Description
1. Project Management Support
o Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring operational projects. o Coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.
o Track project progress and update documentation accordingly.
2. Operational Support
o Support the Operations Manager in implementing process improvements.
o Assist in managing day-to-day logistics and resource allocation.
o Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and inventory tracking.
3. Documentation and Reporting
o Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
o Compile reports on key performance metrics, project status, and operational activities.
4. Administrative Assistance
o Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
o Handle correspondence and internal communications as directed.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance
o Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
o Monitor operational processes for quality and suggest improvements.
