OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE- PAYMENTS

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Responsibilities:

To own & drive overall payment success rates and numbers which includes monitoring, routing or switching between gateways and payment methods to achieve healthy success rates.
To be responsible for handling multiple payment methods on the existing/new payment gateways
To prepare Product Notes, Process Notes and Sign off from stakeholders.
To coordinate with various departments like Business Solutions, Operations, IT, Vendors, etc. to execute projects as per requirement.
To manage the transactional disputes and settle them in real-time by coordinating with the customer experience department and Vendors/Gateway teams.
To Perform alpha and beta tests for all the payment-related products and applications on Web, Android, and IOS devices to enhance the customer experience.
To work across multiple lines of business to deliver value-added enhancement to customer transaction engagement platforms.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of total experience in the related field required for this position.
Should have excellent numerical/analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Thorough Knowledge of electronic/online payment systems and Payment gateways process/policies.
Basic understanding of financial reconciliation, settlement, and clearing.
Understanding of ESCROW accounts and wallet/sub-wallet based solutions.
Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge about new age payment systems.
Ability to interpret guidelines and conduct/ensure implementation is a basic requirement for the role.
Well versed with VISA, MasterCard, Rupay, Net-banking, NEFT, IMPS, NPCI & RBI regulations.
An eye for an end to end product & customer experience, numbers and industry trends.
Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good Understanding of Product Development, Technology, and Operational Processes.
Basic knowledge of other systems used in the online payment processes.
Capable of bringing new Business Alliances & to manage the existing relationships.
